A leader in the manufacturing space is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead their packaging, blending, and pulverizing operations.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4+ years of related experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with ISO requirements and quality management
- Knowledge of inventory management and process improvement
- Forklift certification (preferred)
Key responsibilities :
- Supervise and train production staff
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage inventory and optimize warehouse operations
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals
- Prepare and present operational reports to management
Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to perform physical tasks in an active industrial setting.
