We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with the utmost precision.

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in managing high volumes of information while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into databases and systems.
• Review data for discrepancies, errors, and completeness before entering it.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure information integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Generate and prepare reports as requested by management.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
