• Job Title : RN - Clinical Nurse Critical Care - Nights Job Specialty : Inpatient RN Registered / Licensed Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Night (6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM), Every other weekend, 2 major holidays, 2 minor holidays Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Experience with direct patient care preferred License : RN - Single State or Multi-state Compact Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Must-Have : Ability to read, write, and speak English;

Job Description : Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practice.

• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care adjusting for population-specific characteristics and cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and significant others to keep them informed and focused on the patient's healthcare goals.- Uphold nursing practice standards, policies, and procedures;

participate in performance improvement activities.- Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care; demonstrate fiscal responsibility and promote teamwork.

• Serve as a preceptor or mentor for other nurses and healthcare team members; promote a healthy work environment.- Participate in evidence-based practice, nursing research, and data collection to improve patient care.
