Job Description : Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care adjusting for population-specific characteristics and cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and significant others to keep them informed and focused on the patient's healthcare goals.- Uphold nursing practice standards, policies, and procedures;
participate in performance improvement activities.- Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care; demonstrate fiscal responsibility and promote teamwork.
