Job Title : WelderJob Description

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. You will be responsible for welding compactors, front loads, and hook-lifts, contributing to the high-quality standards our company is known for. This is a first-shift role with potential for occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a morning meeting with your direct supervisor to receive tasks and prepare for the day.
• Read and interpret blueprints while collaborating with other welders.
• Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards.

Work Environment

Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment during the first shift from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. The role may occasionally require overtime. Dress code and safety equipment will be provided as part of the work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $27.00 / hr.
