Stamm Technologies is seeking an entry to mid-level Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team. The TAM is responsible for the success of our long-term partnerships by maintaining the daily operational relationship between Stamm and our clients.

In this role, you’ll work to keep our clients happy and maintain the profitability of assigned clients, adding to the company's growth.

The TAM is expected to be the in-house expert on his / her client list, developing a thorough understanding of each business’ operational environment, needs, requirements, and how technology supports them.

The ideal candidate will be deadline-driven, punctual, and have excellent communication skills (written and oral).

Client Management Responsibilities :

  • Track all technical support issues reported by assigned clients at a higher, detailed level through the ticketing system
  • Ensure the timely, efficient resolution of all tickets submitted by assigned clients
  • Create service quotes, proposals, and business strategy plans
  • Fulfill client requests / needs by placing equipment orders within our vendor network
  • Assist transitioning businesses from prospect to an active client
  • Host regular business reviews with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and help them plan for projects and business changes

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Attend networking events
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on the development of promotional materials, newsletters, strategic partnerships, etc.

Requirements :

  • Three (3) years of relevant account management or client services experience with one (1) year minimum in the IT industry
  • Relevant experience in a B2B sales support or account management role
  • Willingness to travel to client locations throughout Metro Milwaukee : reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and good driving record required
  • An IT education or IT technical experience a definite plus
