We are currently seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Paraprofessional to join one of our trusted school districts in Horsham, PA.

Job Description : This full-time, onsite position involves working 30+hours per week within a school-based environment. We have multiple openings for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Paraprofessional and RBT support within elementary or middle or high schoolspecial education classrooms
- Must be comfortable working with moderate to severe disabilities and behaviors
Job Requirements :
- RBT Certification preferred
- Relevant behavior experience
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
Interview Process :
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter.
- 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
- Offer is typically made within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
