  • Position Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical FP&A Manager to spearhead our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting functions.
  • You’ll serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across operations, marketing, production, and events, providing insights that fuel growth and operational excellence.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process , develop quarterly forecasts , and support long-range financial planning.
  • Conduct rigorous variance analysis (Actual vs.
  • Budget / Forecast), providing explanatory commentary and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Production, Events) to create and maintain robust financial models.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and KPI tracking to monitor performance across brands, events, and revenue streams.
  • Identify cost and margin drivers; pinpoint risks and opportunities across our diverse event portfolio.
  • Prepare materials for executive leadership, board, and investor reporting.
  • Deliver ad-hoc and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Champion process improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and reliability of financial planning and reporting systems.
  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus). 5+ years of experience in FP&A , corporate finance, or strategic financial roles—preferably within multi-entity, event-driven, or entertainment-related businesses.
  • Exceptional financial modeling , forecasting, and budgeting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Planful, or similar tools.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities—capable of translating complex financial data into clear, impactful narratives for executives.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
