PM-Services is a technical Signature Management (SM) expert with extensive experience in providing complex solutions for a Department of Defense (DoD) customer.
The PM-Services must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of DoD contracting processes, quality assurance / control, and subcontractor management to include statement of objectives / work development.
Proposal development support with follow-through to implementation in coordination with program teams.
Position requires high-level management and leadership skills, ability to schedule and manage tasks, provide conflict resolution and problem-solving, written and verbal communication expertise, teamwork and motivational skills, organizational and multitasking skills, and ability to work with site leads to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Efforts include interactions and collaboration with CSG leadership to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
Work is performed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage product, service, and support requests.
- Directs and oversees subcontractor facilities, finance, subcontracts, and administrative support managers supporting designated DoD customer organizations.
- Provides support for existing services and tracks the status of deliverables.
- Interfaces with subcontractors to fulfill customer-facing needs.
- Ensures ongoing supported DoD customer satisfaction with all delivered services and solutions.
- Assist with the identification, evaluation, and testing of new and potential services and solutions of interest to CSG and supported government customers.
- Leads and facilitates integration of new services and solutions to DoD customer designated efforts.
- Oversee special projects involving linguists and cultural experts.
- Manages and oversees contract program and DoD subcontractor facilities and budgets.
- Organizes and leads collaborative working groups related to integration of capabilities and technical solutions on behalf of supported DoD customers.
- Provide technical SM experts with extensive experience in complex solutions for supported DoD customers.
- Knowledge of contracting practices, policies, regulations, and processes to include those essential in onboarding subcontractors, organizing work plans, developing Program Objectives and Milestones (POaM), and Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
Required Qualifications :
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have a current / active DOD Top Secret Security / SCI (eligible)
- Must have prior experience supporting DOD, USIC, and cyberspace operations.
- Must have at least four (4) years of experience working as a Program Manager (10 years preferred)
- Must have experience with traditional Identity Management and Cyber Identity Management Experience. Any type of Operational Support work experience is also a plus (IO, CI, HUMINT).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite solutions.
- Must have sensitive technical services management experience in support of USIC, DoD, and cyberspace operations
- Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in relevant field applicable to business, management, computer science, and / or finance.
Desired Qualifications :
- Project Management Institution (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification,
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification,
- Six Sigma certifications, or other applicable leadership, project management, or process efficiency certifications.
- Completion of Defense Acquisitions University (DAU) certifications for Program Management, Contracting, Cybersecurity, and Acquisition Management certifications.
- Familiarization with computer hardware, networking, and telecommunications. infrastructure
- Completion of Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA), SANS Institute, or other applicable certifications
- Ten years Program Management experience
Travel : Occasional short term CONUS travel may be required.
Job Location : On site in Northern Virginia, Remote telework is not available.
