Job Description
- Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document treatment as required
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
- Assess patient needs and responses to care
- Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions
- Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience
- Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools and techniques
Salary Range : $33.00 / hr - $63.98 / hr
