We are currently seeking to add a Construction Senior Project Manager with strong experience in commercial, healthcare, education, retail or multifamily construction projects in Connecticut.
This company is known for its reputation in the above markets all across the Northeast market due to their high level of commitment and project execution.
We are urgently looking for a Project Manager local to the Hartford area. The company is in a great position, seeing 2024 already having over $4 Billion's worth of work locked in.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction in CT
- Have prior experience working with retail, healthcare, education or multifamily construction
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
- Have experience working with authorities in CT
Experience needed :
- Multifamily Construction Projects
- Healthcare / Hospital Construction Experience
- Ground Up and Renovation works is strongly admired
- Completed projects from ground up from $50M
- Experience working with multiple types of construction projects
- Degree preferred
