Sharetec is looking for a Platform Engineering Manager (also known as DevOps Manager) to join our team!

This role is sometimes referred to as a DevOps Manager or Platform Engineering Manager —at Sharetec, it’s one and the same. You’ll lead a team of DevOps engineers, drive infrastructure modernization, and scale automation practices across the company.

Our infrastructure is built with GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, and CI / CD best practices, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we scale and automate. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to modernize and optimize our infrastructure and deployment processes, relentlessly identify and address inefficiencies, collaborate closely with stakeholders to align system performance with business needs, and guide / mentor a team of skilled DevOps engineers to drive excellence.

This is a full-time, exempt role that can be fully remote in 30+ states or hybrid at one of our office sites in Fort Wayne, IN or Waco, TX. The starting salary range is $130,000 - $140,000 along with a robust benefits package.
