Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

StartDate : 11 / 4 / 2024 Pay Rate : $1356.00 - $1562.00

PT needed for 13 weeks in Germantown, WI with an asap start date. Must be WI licensed and have BLS. For more information, please inquire

Required Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS : 1 yr OP exp; AHA BLS; 6 Visits per day is what the goal is. Currently at 8 VPD / FTE and had to remove 2 FTEs that were not appropriate fits to increase capacity.

Will likely see 9-10 VPD / FTE
