Sr. Manager, Marketing (lifecyle)

Our luxury retail client is looking for a Sr. Manager of Lifecycle Marketing. This is a direct-hire opportunity that is looking for someone with a digital marketing background with luxury eCommerce experience.

This candidate will be working in a hybrid capacity onsite in New York City. The team is international, so you are required to reside in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Create the company's automation flows, segmentation, and messaging.
  • Create lifecycle programs, geared at increasing brand affinity and customer engagement.
  • Create strategies and measurements for various lifecycle programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with other marketing and analytics teams.
  • Lead vendor relationships related to lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Lead and manage KPI including but not limited to CTR, open rate, product adoption, product engagement, retention, and upsell.
  • Create and lead reports for stakeholder meetings.

The Sr. Manager of Lifecycle Marketing must have :

  • 7+ years experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Luxury retail experience.
  • The following mindsets : digital-first, analytical, online sales driven, data driven, cross-channel sales experience.
