Daily operations include working with District Leader in ensuring all sales targets are being met and operations run smooth throughout the store location.

- Prior Store Manager experience preferred
Core Job Responsibilities
- Able to perform all restaurant store team member, Shift Lead, and ITL duties
- Ensure store location correctly execute all new product launches and processes in the marketing windows and LTO’s
- Drive communication with staff using all deployment plans, teams service, and speed of service
- Exceptional time management and problem solving skills.
Education / Experience
- Basic Computer Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English Language
- ServSafe Certification Preferred
- Prior Dunkin’ managerial experience a plus!
