Seven Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse Director for a full-time, permanent leadership role overseeing the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry Units at a respected healthcare facility in Sunnyvale, Texas . This opportunity is ideal for a nursing leader with a strong clinical background and proven management experience in acute care settings offering $100,000 to $132,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As the Director of MedSurg / Tele, you will :

Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance of the MedSurg and Telemetry units

Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses and clinical staff to ensure quality care delivery

Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and executive leadership on strategic goals

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards

Implement evidence-based practices, safety protocols, and performance improvement initiatives

Ensure excellent patient outcomes, satisfaction, and employee engagement

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (or compact license, if applicable)

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree (MSN or MHA) preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in acute MedSurg or Telemetry settings

Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements

Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
