Your Role : Employment Litigation Associate
- Manage and litigate a variety of employment law cases, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination.
- Work closely with clients, providing strategic legal counsel in complex employment matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners, contributing to the development of case strategies.
- Engage in discovery, draft motions, and represent clients in court.
