Our client is a leading independent office technology dealer serving the New York City metro area, which includes NYC, Westchester, New Jersey, and Long Island.

They are a locally recognized distributor of Copier (Canon, Kyocera, and Konica Minolta) and high-end Production Equipment.

They also offer services such as Print Services, Business Phone Services, Mailing Solutions, Office Water Solutions, Equipment Leasing, Service, and Managed Services.

We have positions available in NYC, Long Island, Westchester and Rockland Counties, and New Jersey (North & Central). As a Sales Representative, you will report to the Sales Manager and have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify and qualify potential accounts and close sales
  • Explain document management solutions and IT service capabilities
  • Expand sales in existing accounts and introduce new products and services
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Research and recommend new opportunities, as well as improvements in products, service, and policies
  • Monitor competitive products and reactions from accounts to contribute to market strategy
  • Train and motivate dealer sales force

MAIN REQUIREMENTS :

  • Ability to bring a book of business
  • Experience in heavy cold calling
  • Excellent communication skills
