Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse - 12 Hour Night Shift - Bonus Program

Full-Time : Work 72 hours (Six 12-hour shifts per 2 week pay period) and get paid for 80 hours.

Available Shifts : Days of the week may vary, but generally will work the schedule below. Also included in holiday rotation.

NOC : 6 : 30 PM - 6 : 00 AM

Week one : Thu, Fri, Sat

Week two : Sun, Wed, Thu

RN Charge Nurse

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an RN to join our skilled nursing and rehab community, Riverside Transitional Care. When working as the Charge Nurse, it will be the successful candidate's responsibility to direct resident care on the assigned shift and provide leadership, management and direction for staff.

What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care to our geriatric population
• Administer medications and provide treatments
• Assess, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care
• As Charge, you will lead the care team on your shift, overseeing and directing cares provided to residents by nursing department staff
• As Charge, provide direction and coordination with other department staff as needed
• Initiate and lead emergency procedures, in the event of disaster or emergency
