The Float Pool provides an opportunity for nurses to gain exposure to a broader scope of patient care while working throughout our highly specialized inpatient environment, including critical care.

Key Qualifications : BSN or actively matriculating in a BSN ProgramCurrent New York State RN License / RegistrationA minimum of 1.

5 years of Clinical RN experience in an acute care setting required BCLS and ACLS CertificationOncology experience preferredCore Skills : Committed and eager to embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged, using both formal and informal developmentApproachable and comfortable with diverse groups of people and able to make others comfortable with you.
