- Active member of leadership team within the USA.
- Develop and drives the strategy to double the size in 3 years.
- Focus on driving organic growth through pipeline development.
- Lead, recruit, retain, develop a high performing sales organization
- Map, profile and segment our customer base to improve sales efficiencies.
- Develop and execute sales plans to maximize market penetration.
- Develop and leverage leading KPIs to manage your sales activities.
- Manage pipeline daily through the CRM and backlog with our ERP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives.
- Maximize margin potentials through market pricing and efficient quoting.
- Deliver pro-active and regular communication with our customers.
- Ensure customer communication and sales visit reports captured on CRM.
- Key input to the company’s annual budget and reforecast processes.
- Development and implementation of framework agreements.
- Run trade shows for markets that you oversee.
- Evaluate market trends, competitors, and feedback for growth in M&A.
- Manage sales and expenses to budget.
- Research and recommend new products and solutions.
- Provide competitive leading technical support to customers.

- 7 years+ B2B sales or related field.
- Experience in leadership roles.
- Experienced in developing a business plan and budget and delivering it.
- A track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with lean management tools (, Kaizen) is a plus.
