Job Description :
- Join a dedicated team providing emergency care 24 / 7.
- Provide trauma care at a designated Level IV Trauma Center.
- Assist in planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care.
- Utilize knowledge and skills to deliver appropriate care across a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries.
- Assess and interpret patient data for age-specific needs.
- Ensure quality care is provided safely and efficiently.
- Demonstrate adherence to the department's mission, philosophy, and goals.
- Address patient care and departmental situations within the scope of responsibility.
- Contribute to data collection in ongoing research studies.
- Maintain flexibility and composure in high-pressure situations.
- De-escalate challenging scenarios with verbal and nonverbal techniques.
- Foster effective teamwork and communication.
- Engage in seamless transitions of care with external team members like first responders.
- Participate in continuous professional development with opportunities for tuition reimbursement or loan repayment.
