Associate System Administrator

A company is looking for an Associate System Administrator - Night Shift in Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve customer issues using technology tools and procedures

Utilize Service Now ticketing system for documentation of incidents and service requests

Communicate with customers and support teams while adhering to ITIL processes

Required Qualifications

High School education or GED

1 year of experience in IT Service Desk functions and troubleshooting

Knowledge of Windows Server administration and Microsoft Azure fundamentals

Familiarity with network technologies such as Cisco and Microsoft 365 Administration

Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA are preferred
