Role : Superintendent

Location : Peoria, IL

Salary : $65,000–$95,000

We are representing a respected General Contractor seeking a Commercial Superintendent to take ownership of a ground-up retail project in Peoria, Illinois.

This is a $1M – $2M build, and the client is looking for an experienced leader who can successfully deliver the project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all phases of construction for a ground-up retail store.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Maintain strict safety compliance and enforce OSHA guidelines.

Requirements :

Strong background in ground-up construction, preferably retail projects.

Proven ability to manage projects in the $1M – $2M range.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification is required.

Experience operating a forklift.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
