Asa Flex Specialist for Falcon Flex at CrowdStrike, you willplay a pivotal role in driving customer success bydelivering tailored, high-impact proposals that address ourclients’ unique cybersecurity needs.
This role requires a blend oftechnical acumen, sales collaboration, and customer-facing skillsto craft and present solutions that highlight the value ofCrowdStrike’s Falcon platform.
You will work closely with our salesteam and technical experts, ensuring that our proposals not onlymeet but exceed customer expectations.
You will play a keyrole in driving growth in a dynamic market, helping to expand ourfootprint and deliver exceptional value to ourclients.
WhatYou'llDo :
ProductVision & Strategy : Develop and articulate the vision andstrategic direction for CrowdStrike’s new consumption-basedproduct.
Align the product roadmap with market opportunities,customer needs and companyobjectives.
ConsumptionModel Innovation : Design and implement innovative consumption-basedpricing models that offer flexibility and value to customers whiledriving revenue growth forCrowdStrike.
Go-to-MarketLeadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-marketstrategy, collaborating with sales, marketing, and the customersuccess teams.
Drive product adoption, customer acquisition, andretention.
Customer-FacingProposal Delivery : Engage directly with customers to gatherrequirements, understand their challenges, and deliver customizedproposals that demonstrate how CrowdStrike’s solutions can addresstheir specificneeds.
Collaborationwith Sales Teams : Partner with sales executives and systemengineers to develop and refine proposals, ensuring they align withcustomer objectives and effectively showcase the strengths of theFalconplatform.
DealManagement : Manage the entire deal process from proposal to close,ensuring all customer requirements are met and that the proposedsolutions align with CrowdStrike’s standards ofexcellence.
SolutionDesign and Customization : Partner with internal technicalteams to design and customize solutions that meet the specificneeds of each customer, ensuring that our offerings are bothinnovative andeffective.
MarketGrowth : Contribute to the growth of CrowdStrike’s market presenceby identifying new opportunities, expanding existing customerrelationships, and helping to drive new business through impactfulproposals.
ProposalPresentation and Negotiation : Lead the presentation of proposals tocustomers, skillfully address questions, handling objections, andnegotiating terms to achieve mutually beneficialoutcomes.
CustomerRelations Management : Build and maintain strong relationships withcustomers throughout the proposal process, acting as a trustedadvisor and ensuring a smooth transition from proposal toimplementation.
ContinuousImprovement : Provide feedback to internal teams based on customerinteractions and proposal outcomes, contributing to the ongoingrefinement of our solutions andprocesses.
WhatYou’llNeed :
Demonstratedexperience with target account selling, solution selling, and / orconsultative salestechniques.
Strong problem-solving skills,ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use asystematic approach to gain swiftresolution.
Strongunderstanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies andcompetitive offerings in themarketplace.
Significantand proven experience developing relationships with seniorexecutives.
Anaptitude for understanding how technology products and solutionssolve businessproblems.
Abilityto explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skilllevels.
Outstandingpresentation, written, verbal and closingskills.
Strongtime management, organizational and decision-makingskills.
Self-motivatedability to work independently and as part of ateam.
Strongcommunication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, bothinternally andexternally.
Abilityto work remotely and able and willing to travel on short notice, upto 50% of thetime.

10+years of solution selling experience with significant experienceselling software security and / or infrastructure security productsto corporateenterprises.
ABachelor’s (BA / BS) or Master’s Degree; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience isrequired.
