Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A retail pharmacy role is available for a licensed pharmacist seeking a contract position from October 23 to October 31. This opportunity involves working at a high-volume pharmacy, focused on efficient and accurate prescription processing in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Etna, CA

Contract Duration : October 2331

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities :

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, managing a volume of 400500 prescriptions daily
  • Provide excellent patient counseling and customer service
  • Utilize PioneerRx pharmacy software for prescription processing and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth operations and safety pliance
  • Manage inventory and assist with pharmacy workflow as required

    • Desired Experience and Qualifications :

  • Valid California Pharmacist License
  • Recent experience working as a retail pharmacist, particularly in high-volume settings
  • Familiarity with PioneerRx software is highly advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
  • Excellent munication skills for patient interaction and teamwork
