Arco Supply, Inc. is a leading player in the HVAC wholesale industry, located in Lake Worth, FL. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled accountant to join our team.

With a competitive salary starting at $90,000+ (based on experience), this role offers an exciting opportunity for career development and advancement.

As the Senior Accountant at Arco Supply, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success and working directly with the founder of our company.

Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our financial operations and ensuring our continued growth and success. Full-time with the possibility of a 4-day work week.

Salary would fluctuate if employee does not work full-time. We are flexible for the right person!

Compensation : $90,000+ yearly

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the financial activities of the company to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations
• Develop and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, and projections to support strategic decision-making
• Manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks
• Generate payroll
• Oversee all insurance policies
• Among other accounting related tasks.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA is a plus
• Experience in distribution is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a plus
