Job Title : Associate Attorney - Criminal Defense

Location : Lancaster and the surrounding counties

We pride ourselves on our commitment to justice, vigorous advocacy, and superior client service. Our rapidly-growing law practice is looking to add an Associate Attorney to our dynamic team.

We will provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role in our tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team.

We are looking for an experienced attorney to assist in opening a Lancaster County-based branch.

Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in court, motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and judicial officers.
  • Participate in firm growth and business development activities.

Qualifications :

  • Highly experienced in criminal law in Lancaster and the surrounding counties
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership and good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant court experience.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Proven experience in criminal defense and post-trial proceedings.
  • Exceptional litigation skills with the ability to manage a high caseload.
  • Excellent court presence and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
