Position Summary

We are seeking a Director / Senior Sales Executive – B2B Partnerships to spearhead revenue growth from new and existing B2B channels. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on identifying, securing, and expanding partnerships with insurance brokers, PEOs, industry associations, and other strategic verticalsincluding emerging markets identified through your own prospecting efforts.

You will be responsible for both new partner acquisition and active partner management to drive revenue through partner channels. The ideal candidate is a highly independent, experienced senior-level sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results in complex B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new B2B partners across target verticals (insurance brokers, PEOs, associations, insurance companies, and other channels).
  • Actively manage and grow existing B2B partner relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify new market niches and verticals through proactive research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms in collaboration with internal leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure partner onboarding success and revenue optimization.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and regular pipeline updates to the VP of Partnerships.
  • Represent Orderly Meds at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the brand's presence and drive new opportunities.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting target verticals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools.

Qualifications

Required :

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5+ years of experience with strategic partnerships, channel sales, or similar high-level business development.
  • Proficient in building sales pipeline, with the ability of turning opportunities into profitable revenue
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals with senior-level decision makers.
  • Highly independent self-starter with exceptional time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in corporate wellness, healthcare, or insurance industries.
  • Experience selling to or through insurance brokers, PEOs, associations, or healthcare-related channels.
  • Established network within target verticals.
  • Background in both hunting (new business) and farming (account management) roles.
