Manager of Care Delivery RN
nHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Care Delivery RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Queens, NY!
n Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery RN

- Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses
- Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monday Friday 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM n t n t t
- one remote day after 90 days

n Required Qualifications for Manager of Care Delivery RN

- Active NY Registered Nursing license
- 5 years of clinical experience
- Leadership experience
- 3 years of home care experience

n Preferred Qualifications for Manager of Care Delivery RN

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Completed NYSED-approved infection control coursework
- Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial
- Case Management Certification recommended within 2 years of the employment

Pay Details : $120,000 - $125,000 Annually
