Software Engineer- Embedded- (100% onsite for 1st 90 days)

Contract to Hire
$48.08- $57.69 an hour
Immediate hire with growing company. Will be responsible for embedded systems and kernel development. Developing device drivers and embedded firmware.
Application performance tuning, debugging, testing and supporting software releases. Works as part of an integrated product team using Agile development methodology
Required Skills :
C++ knowledge and experience
Min 5 year of embedded development experience
C knowledge and experience
Must have working experience with YOCTO
OO programming in C++
Multithreaded systems knowledge
BA degree from accredited US College preferably in Computer Science
Good communicator
Willing to go to office every day (reasonable commute distance)
Must be US Citizen or lawful permanent resident
Bonus Skills :
Familiarity with FPGA design and integration is a plus
Previous Agile development experience is a plus
Experience with GPIO, SPI and Serial Communication on ARM processors is a plus
