Warehouse Manager

TITLE OF POSITION : Warehouse Manager JOB PURPOSE : To oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. REPORTS TO : Division Manager
JOB RESULTS :
- Provides work leadership, guidance and training to warehouse personnel.
- Maintains a balanced staff that is informed of objectives and reviews personnel issues, including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Ensures effective and efficient operations in warehouse.
- Ensures accurate and timely receiving, stocking, pulling orders and loading of product.
- Responsible for the safe operation of handling equipment.
- Maintains property and equipment to a high standard.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Three to five years warehouse / distribution management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
