The ideal candidate has previous call center experience and an interest in technology. This position requires someone who loves to communicate, and enjoys interacting with others and learning.

This position is responsible for ensuring GigaParts delivers exceptional customer satisfaction. The job includes variety, so no two workdays are ever the same.
This position requires a good listener that picks up on things quickly, has a can-do attitude, and enjoys solving problems by making use of the available resources.
Excellent oral and written skills are essential to success in this position. There is constant use of telephone and computer equipment.
