Key Responsibilities
Reviews new business applications for eligibility and compliance with underwriting requirements
Makes underwriting decisions and handles endorsements, inspections, and correspondence
Identifies and evaluates risks, providing guidance and training to junior staff as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
18 months prior insurance experience and coverage knowledge required
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
