Bilingual Staffing Client Services Associate

Staffing Alternatives is excited to announce two openings for Client Services Associates (Bilingual English-Spanish) at our Whitehall, OH location. Were looking for motivated individuals who are eager to grow and build a long-term career.

  • As a Client Services Associate, youll play a key role in our hiring process, including :

Screening applicants

  • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
  • Reviews job descriptions / job orders with client and match individuals correctly to the client.
  • Take accurate job orders from clients.
  • Fill all open orders from clients.
  • Answering phone calls and emails.

    • Specific Abilities :

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
  • Previous staffing experience a plus
  • Customer service experience necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Computer skills (MS Word and MS Outlook)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to check in employees
