Our client is seeking a talented transactional and regulatory associate attorney who specialises within healthcare to join its prestigious firm in the vibrant city of Chicago.

Your practice will be focussed on healthcare transactional and regulatory matters. You will regularly advise healthcare companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions and public offerings in the healthcare and life science industries, including hospitals and healthcare systems, physician and dental practices, management / dental service organizations and digital health companies.
You will also have experience in assisting provider platforms with their growth strategy including add-on acquisitions, complex service arrangements and joint ventures.
You will help clients navigate matters related to the corporate practice of medicine, fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, the CARES Act / COVID-19 laws and healthcare licensure.
Billable Hours target : 1,
Despite its BigLaw status, the firm has a very reasonable 1,-hour target, which can include D&I and unlimited pro bono hours
