Assist with managing the weekly schedule for maximum sales / profit Assist with the day-to-day operations of the studio Proficient in ClubReady software Increase top line revenue by growing member attendance and member retention Identify new members in each class and deliver on the Member Experience Ask New Members to join as members every class Identify existing customers who are low on their member packages and help them renew / upsell Provide high level customer service to Rumble clients, handling customer requests or concerns in a positive and timely manner Greet all customers entering the studio and develop relationships with recurring members Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner Drive non-member revenue (retail sales) Assist General Manager in Lead Generation Efforts Participate in photo shoots and content creation for social media Actively engage on Rumble social media channels Compensation & Benefits : Competitive Pay Complimentary Rumble Classes at Studio Powered by JazzHR
