Provide prompt and courteous service, such as clearing tables and refilling beverages.Answer guests' questions about the menu and provide information about the hotel and local area.Accommodate special dietary requests or concerns whenever possible.Cleaning and Sanitation :Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving equipment.
Remove and dispose of leftover food, trash, and used dishes after breakfast hours.Perform end-of-shift cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.Adhere to all local and brand-mandated food safety and sanitation regulations.Administrative and Inventory Tasks :Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day's service.
Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.Order or assist with ordering food and supplies as needed.Qualifications and Skills :
