Job Description

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Home Health in Eureka, California. This role is essential for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
