- $30,000 - $40,000 base PLUS commission . The average producer earns $60k+ their first year

Your New Position :
You will protect people's assets by offering Home, Auto, and Life Insurance, provide your client's peace of mind knowing you have them covered, and work diligently to understand and serve customers to meet their insurance needs.
What you need to succeed :
- Be able to obtain your Property / Casualty and Life / Health insurance license
- Have a strong desire to help people
- Have high integrity and fearlessness in sales with the ability to relate and gain trust
- Proven successful Customer Service experience you under-promise and over-deliver
