Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Rehabilitation and Fitness Services position in our beautiful, gated community in Boca Raton.

In-house program

Primarily a management position

Salary with 65-75% therapist productivity benchmarks

No mandated group treatment for therapists

Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs

State-of-the-art rehab gyms

Multiple patient types : inpatient, outpatient, and home health

Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Departments to include staff utilization, budgetary responsibility, internal marketing, support of well-being programs, departmental and regulatory compliance, and performs other related duties as required.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree is preferred

For SLP candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required

Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience

Minimum of one year' management experience

Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
