Job Description :

Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior OracleDeveloper to join our team in Florida for a 12month contract.

Theideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle developmentwith extensive experience in database design development andoptimization.

This role involves designing developing andmaintaining Oracle database solutions to support our businessneeds.

Key Responsibilities :

DatabaseDevelopment :

• Designdevelop and maintain Oracle databases to support variousapplications and business needs.
• Write complexSQL queries stored procedures functions and triggers.
• Develop and optimize PL / SQL code for performance andefficiency.

Database Design andArchitecture :

• Designand implement database schemas tables views indexes and otherdatabase objects.
• Ensure database designfollows best practices and supports data integrity andsecurity.
• Collaborate with applicationdevelopers to design and implement database solutions.

Performance Tuning andOptimization :

• Analyzeand optimize database performance including query tuning andindexing strategies.
• Monitor databaseperformance and identify bottlenecks or issues.
• Implement solutions to improve database performance andscalability.

Data Management :

• Manage and maintain database backup andrecovery procedures.
• Ensure data quality andconsistency through data validation and cleansing.
• Implement data security measures to protect sensitiveinformation.

Collaboration andCommunication :

• Workclosely with business analysts project managers and otherstakeholders to understand requirements and translate them intotechnical solutions.
• Provide technical supportand troubleshooting for databaserelated issues.
• Document database designs processes andprocedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracledatabase development.
• Proven track record ofdesigning developing and optimizing Oracle databases.

TechnicalExpertise :

• Proficientin SQL and PL / SQL programming.
• Strongunderstanding of Oracle database architecture and designprinciples.
• Experience with performance tuningand optimization of Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Oracle tools and utilities such asOracle SQL Developer TOAD and Oracle Enterprise Manager.

SoftSkills :

• Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications :

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)certification is highly preferred.

AdditionalSkills :

• Experiencewith Oracle RAC Data Guard and other highavailabilitysolutions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing andETL processes.
• Experience with other databasemanagement systems (e.g. SQL Server MySQL) is a plus.
