Summary : Solutions Architect

We are seeking Solutions Architects with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into clear, actionable technical roadmaps while ensuring teams remain aligned and on task. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience guiding Data Engineers, coupled with deep expertise in modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or AWS Redshift. Strong knowledge of Medallion Architecture and scalable data solutions is essential. This position requires a balance of strategic vision, technical depth, and team leadership.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical strategies and roadmaps
• Experience leading and coordinating teams of Data Engineers or other technical professionals
• Expertise in at least 2-3 modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or AWS Redshift
• Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture and modern data engineering practices

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage priorities and keep projects on track
• Experience architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance technical detail and business outcomes
