Receive and forward phone calls appropriately.Receive and distribute mails and deliveries as needed.Follow company’s security guidelines by logging visits, handing out visitor badges.
Manage appointments agenda and book rooms accordingly.Assist with other administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, ordering.
