We are seeking Material Handler for our 3rd Shift with our Chicago Division in Romeoville, Illinois.
JOB DUTIES :
- Operate saw, or other equipment to process, package, and load.
- Operate forklift, Raymond side loader, and overhead crane to move material in the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks using handling equipment, place materials in storage locations.
- May receive / inspect and verify the material count.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Good general math and measuring skills are a must. Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, side loaders, saws, banding, and / or order packing are highly preferred, but not required.
Experience in the steel distribution industry is a definite plus.
