LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LCSW)
Jackson Park Hospital is looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work in our behavior units.
Position Description :
To facilitate solutions to the psychosocial / environmental problems of our patients. Ensures the continuity of patient care by implementing interventions and clinical follow up which may include initial assessment, identifying mental health disorders, brief behavioral health interventions, information and referral, during hospitalization and / or outpatient treatment.

Qualifications :
Master's degree in Social Work. One year of current experience in a clinic, hospital, medical setting, or healthcare field preferred.
At least one year of previous crisis intervention and / or behavioral health assessment, diagnosis and intervention.
