Meridian Street Suite 104A Puyallup, WA 98371, USA Gentle Dental Puyallup 5610 176th St. East Suite D108 Puyallup, WA 98375, USA We offer the following benefits for Full Time employees : Pay is a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total comp in the range of $65 - $70 per hour.
