Mon-Fri : 8-5pm
Stable and growing company located in Itasca is seeking a full time Receptionist who can work in a fast-paced environment to join their team! The ideal candidate for this role is organized, process-driven, and has great attention to detail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors
- Managing the front desk and conference rooms
- Answering phones
- Seating clients / guests
- Setting up conference rooms with equipment set up, when needed
- Managing two kitchens client and employee
Job Requirements :
2+ years of reception / office administration experience
