NOW HIRING : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN))
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities Include :
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and vital signs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff regarding care and treatment.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications :
- Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required
- Current / active CPR certification is preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
