Role Orcé Cosmetics is looking for a driven, resourceful, and organized Integrated Marketing Manager with a passion for beauty.

This is a unique opportunity as you will be exposed to all aspects of building a beauty brand - content creation, social media strategy, brand & creator partnerships, PR, community building, product development, and digital marketing.

• The Integrated Marketing Manager will assist the Head of Marketing in setting 360 marketing strategies informed by consumer insight and analytics and executing them seamlessly;
• owning the marketing calendar by managing campaigns across different channels; working cross-functionally with internal teams, freelancers, and third-party vendors;

and proposing innovative ways to elevate our brand and propel growth. This individual will work with key social media and digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Meta, as well as seek out emerging opportunities that can help us grow our customer base and brand awareness.

What You Bring To The Table Passion for beauty and deep knowledge of cosmetics marketing A keen eye for compelling content and strong content creation skills Fluency in paid and organic media platforms Experience in managing marketing campaigns and calendars Excellent project management skills Self-disciplined, responsible, accountable, and able to take constructive criticism Great teamwork and interpersonal skills including strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, an embedded drive for results, and a willingness to work across many departments and effectively prioritize Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding objectives Eagerness to master new programs, software, media platforms, and skills to better yourself for your role What Is Required Of You Beauty brand experience strongly preferred 5 years of experience in Marketing-related field Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field Proficiency in Google Suite, Klaviyo, Canva, Shopify, and Figma This is a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA Bonus Skills Strong analytical skills, including Google Analytics, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively Understanding of Asian female consumer psychology, purchase behavior, media habits, and culturally sensitive topics What You’ll Get Competitive salary Attractive benefits including health insurance Unlimited paid vacation days To Apply Email resume and cover letter to hiringorcecosmetics.
