IT Systems Intern

We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in desktop support, networking, cybersecurity, lab systems, and regulatory compliance. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to real-world projects that support our research infrastructure.

What You'll Do :

Assist with troubleshooting desktop and lab system issues across research centers.

Learn how to support and maintain secure, fault-tolerant networks.

Shadow team members in implementing IT solutions and upgrades.

Participate in lab system setup and support, including imaging and deployment.

Gain exposure to regulatory and compliance processes in IT environments.

Collaborate with IT staff and research teams to understand infrastructure needs.

What You'll Bring :

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Interest in system troubleshooting, networking, cybersecurity, and lab support.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

Prior coursework or experience in IT support or systems is a plus but not required.
